The price you see covers exactly what the package lists — it never quietly grows. Work beyond the package is available, and it's quoted separately, in writing, before anything starts. The most common items quoted separately:
- Custom integrations with third-party systems
- Multi-location / multi-branch setups beyond the standard package
- Additional training sessions beyond the one included
- Feature requests or custom development
- Repair of broken legacy data (quoted separately)
- Ongoing support outside a Care Plan

Your setup doesn't have to fit a package as-is. Custom work comes in two shapes — both with the same honesty: you see the price before we start.
Custom fit — same package price
Every package offers alternative self-hosted tools for the same job. If your budget, hardware, legacy systems, or team skills point a different way, we swap the foundation — and the package price stays the same.
Custom build — separate quote
Bespoke work on top of your systems: integrations, extra automations, custom features, repair of broken legacy data. Written spec → fixed quote → built, tested, and handed over with docs. Never folded into a package price, never silently added.
No hidden costs, no capital games
You pay for the server and domain directly (or pass them through at cost — we never mark up hosting). The package price covers our work. Everything is quoted and approved before work starts.
