Why fixed price = fixed scope
The price you see covers exactly what the package lists. Anything beyond that is quoted separately — so the fixed price never quietly grows. The most common out-of-scope items:
- Custom integrations with third-party systems
- Multi-location / multi-branch setups beyond the standard package
- Additional training sessions beyond the one included
- Feature requests or custom development
- Repair of broken legacy data (quoted separately)
- Ongoing support outside a Care Plan

You pay for the server and domain directly (or pass them through at cost — we never mark up hosting). The package price covers our work. Everything is quoted and approved before work starts.
