Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective: August 13, 2026
1. Who we are
JexTech Global, a business based in Utah, United States, operates the website jextechglobal.com and provides self-hosted implementation services for small businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information we collect through this website. "We", "us" and "our" mean JexTech Global. This site is directed at businesses and visitors in the United States, but this policy applies to every visitor, wherever you are.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on our site:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your website address (optional)
- Your team size (optional)
- Details of the software you currently pay for
- Your company name and email address if you sign up for our newsletter (optional)
- Any additional message you choose to add (optional)
- The page you submitted a form from
We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting of any kind, and we set no cookies for visitors. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-less analytics script that shows us aggregate page-view counts (which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are) without identifying you or tracking you across sites. The only cookie on this site is a session cookie used solely by our own staff to log into the private admin area. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals; because we set no tracking cookies, this does not change what we collect.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide for a single purpose:
- To prepare and deliver your free software fee audit
- To reply to your enquiry
- To follow up on an audit you requested, if relevant (you can ask us to stop at any time)
We may use AI tools to help prepare your audit and draft replies. Any information you send us may be processed by AI services for that purpose. AI-generated output is always reviewed by a person before it is used, and we do not use your information to train AI models.
We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask to join. If we ever send you anything, there will be a working unsubscribe on it.
4. Who processes your data
Form submissions are processed by our own infrastructure — a Cloudflare Worker and database that we operate — rather than a third-party form service. Your details are stored in our own systems and are never sold or shared for marketing.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles standard network requests (including IP addresses in server logs, as any web host does). We don't access or use those logs for tracking or profiling. The site also loads font files from Google Fonts; no personal data is shared with Google beyond the standard network request the browser makes to download the fonts.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as we are actively working with you — for example, while preparing or following up on an audit or an open project. If we are not actively working with you, we do not keep your details longer than needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.
We store your information in our own systems with reasonable security safeguards. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Get a copy of your information, in a format you can take elsewhere
- Correct any information that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop processing your information for a specific purpose
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. Where the state you live in grants specific privacy rights — such as the rights of access, correction, and deletion under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act — we honour them. Because we collect only what you send us through the form, the broader obligations in state privacy laws (data selling, profiling, targeted advertising) don't apply to our business.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page and we'll respond without delay. We will never charge you for exercising your rights.
7. Children
This site is aimed at business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our services are not directed at them.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted on the site itself.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information? Use the contact page and we'll get back to you.
