Refund and Returns Policy

We will only be able to offer a Return and refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. You will not qualify for a return. *Please confirm your order selections!* please contact us at support@jextechglobal.com. You Must Include:

  • Reason for Refund Request (What the flaw Is in your order)
  • Multiple detailed Images of the flaw in the product
  • Information about your order including name and email to help us identify your order

I if the product received is not considered eligible for a refund, it is at the discretion of JexTech Global to decide resolution. It should be noted that no guarantee can be made for a refund for any product.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
